Building an env from scratch

Here is a concept of how it would look like after 3d work and stuff. I have 3 weeks to do it. Reason is to put it into portfolio and show it to game companies in future.

This env is kinda mixed with chinatown,bladerunner and unreal style. I wanna have a not to dark and not to light scene but it should be dirty and sci fi kind. My goal is to have same quality as GOW.

I cant do any mattepainting anymore if...

It is becoming worse then I ever thought. I thought I could spend some time do some mattepaintings but I dont have time spending in game project at school. I am trying to find some space to do but they maximum are 1h. So I have only afford with sketch and speedpaints.

Cant resist in paint...must paint something!

I got frustrated if I wouldnt paint in two days. So like everyday I paint at least one picture. But I wish I could have time to do a massive complicated paint. Now I have to go to gym or I will get fat.
